Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Results in Advance (“we”, “our”) and our websites, apps, and services. By using the services, you agree to these terms.

The pilot guarantee

Every client engagement begins with a 30-day pilot. If month-one measured KPIs do not exceed your documented baseline in writing, you owe nothing for the pilot month. Baselines are captured in the initial audit document and agreed by both parties before installation begins.

Ownership

You own your data, your phone numbers, your agent configuration, and your customer relationships. On termination, we provide a complete data export and, if applicable, assist in porting phone numbers away from Twilio to your preferred carrier at no extra charge.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the services lawfully. SMS and voice campaigns must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC registration. We will not send messages on behalf of clients operating outside these rules.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
