What we collect
Name, email, phone, business name, and any information you submit through forms or SMS. Call transcripts and audio when the AI receptionist is engaged on your behalf (client accounts only).
How we use it
To deliver the audit you requested, respond to inquiries, operate the AI receptionist for client accounts, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data storage
All data is stored on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, AWS). Call audio is retained 30 days for quality assurance then deleted unless escalated. Transcripts are retained for the life of the client engagement.
Your rights
You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@resultsinadvance.net. We'll action the request within 7 days.
